We’re looking for a Senior Account Manager!

As the Senior Account Manager, you will be partnering with our customers to transform their digital environment, solve critical challenges and be able to develop solutions for digital modernisation and Cloud Adoption. Within this role you will play a crucial part in propelling company revenue and growth through an existing territory of client accounts, from SMB/C to Enterprise. As an experienced and dynamic sales professional, you will be responsible for leading and driving sales engagements to achieve annual sales targets.

What you’ll be delivering

  • Driving and coordinating sales cycles and work with our internal business partners team to win, cross and upsell opportunities
  • Consultative selling experience will identify business challenges and create solutions for our customers using Microsoft solutions
  • Working with Transparity Delivery Practices to craft solutions to solve customer business challenges utilising Microsoft’s product portfolio
  • Navigating through competitive landscape and customer needs to effectively position the portfolio of Transparity solutions against competitor offerings
  • Conducting accurate forecasting through territory plans to drive opportunities through defined sales stages and revenue probability assessments
  • Leveraging client success stories to create a compelling value proposition with insights into value for that specific account
  • Staying updated on industry news and trends, and how they can be impacted by Microsoft products and services
  • Traveling as necessary within your territory to meet customers, and attend company meetings in our office collaboration areas
  • Proactively engage with relevant Microsoft Sales teams ensuring a three-way partnership with our customers
  • Achieving set sales targets
  • Completing pro-active activities in line with measures outlined within set KPI’s (Key Performance Indicators)
  • Attending and present at external customer meetings and internal meetings with other company functions necessary to perform duties and aid business development
  • Managing the sales process from quotation to invoicing, maintaining CRM records in a detailed and up to date fashion

What is required to be successful in this role

  • Expertise in Microsoft licensing agreements & funding
  • Track record in selling consultancy and managed services in one or more: Azure, Data & AI, Dynamics 365, Modern Work, Microsoft Security, Application development, Business data solutions
  • Conversant in sales methodologies – MEDDIC, BANT, Challenger Sales
  • Track record in achieving sales targets through existing accounts
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills, Strong Work Ethic, Unwavering Service Excellence, Persuasiveness, High Confidence, Maintaining Relationships, Listening, Resilience, Creativity, Adaptability, Organisational, Detail-Orientated, Multi-Tasking, Reliability, Punctuality.
