Under the supervision and co-ordination of the Administration Manager, the main task is to provide an efficient service for additional works customers by coordinating the preparation of vehicles ready for dispatch, while adhering to BCA rules and health and safety regulations.
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Provide support to the administration department and fulfil all aspects as set out.
- Support in the management and maintenance of additional works customers.
- Produce all necessary reports as required by additional works, Renault UK and BCA accounts department.
- Use AFRL for pre-taxation and taxing of vehicles and maintain records as necessary.
- Manage and maintain fuel and ply lining invoices for dealers.
- Liaise and instruct departments to meet customer demands.
- Learn all job aspects related to the customer service department in order to achieve multi skills and cover for holiday and sickness relief.
- Book all vehicles for delivery through the transport department.
- Maintain and update the database with call offs, delivery addresses and delivery dates.
- Daily management of the additional works accounts under the control of the Customer Service Supervisor.
- Pre-register and tax vehicles as per Renault request.
- Order ply-lining and decals for vans as per customer request.
- Ensure PDI Department in factory complete the pre delivery inspection process as required.
- Send spare keys to customers as requested.
- Compile of reports for Renault Group of all vehicles exited.
- Communicate and work well within a team and liaise effectively with colleagues.
- Familiarise yourself with the workings of all the departments at BCA UK and assist as required.
- Take reasonable care or your own health and safety and co-operate with line managers to enable compliance with BCA health and safety rules.
- Undertake such other duties and responsibilities to meet the demands of the business and customers.

- Computer literate and confident using Microsoft Office packages.

- Able to communicate at a high level both oral and written.
