Job Title: Senior Account Manager
Salary: £50,000 + £5,000 Car Allowance and Uncapped Commission Structure

An award-winning, specialised Managed Service Provider, are looking for a Senior Account Manager to join their newly acquired offices in the South-West. This role is primarily office-based but does include some travel to customer sites in the south-west.
As Account Manager, your work will be focused on growing and managing existing client accounts. In addition to a competitive base salary and car allowance, the business offers an uncapped commission structure, to reward your hard work and success in growing the accounts you manage.
The business is an award-winning technology solutions provider, and partner with multiple vendors such as Microsoft, Veeam, and AWS to name a few. You’ll be selling some of the latest technologies and software’s on the market: Making your job that much easier. Additionally, you’ll be able to hit the ground running as you sell into existing accounts who are already clients of the business.
Senior Account Manager Role & Responsibilities
As new Account Manager, you will be a leader in the Accounts team, leading a team of Account Managers. This will include selling a large variety of technologies, such as network, cloud, and cyber security solutions. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- On-board some of the largest accounts for the business.
- Grow client spend in existing client accounts.
- Work closely with the Chief Sales Officer to grow and develop the Accounts team.
- Act as strategic advisor for the client, guiding their decision making in the above-mentioned technology stacks.
Skills and Experience Required for the Senior Account Manager
The business will support you to work however is best for you. The business does ask however that you have:
- 4+ years of experience in Account Management.
- Previous experience working in a Managed Services Provider environment.
- Proven experience in New Business sales.
- Experience of selling service-based solutions into the commercial sector.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Self-driven and results-oriented with a clear focus on high quality and business profit.
- Ability to manage and develop customer relationships.
