Job description
We're on the lookout for dedicated and passionate SEND Teaching Assistants! As a SEND TA, you'll be working with a team of experienced professionals to provide support and guidance to EYFS - KS2 students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).

Responsibilities:
- Provide one-to-one and small-group support to students with SEND.
- Assist with planning and delivering engaging lessons that meet the needs of students with SEND.
- Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to support the needs of students with SEND.
- Help to create a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students.
- Monitor and report on student progress.
Requirements:
- Experience working with students with SEND.
- Relevant qualifications, such as a Level 3 Certificate in Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools or equivalent.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Has an Enhanced DBS Child and Adult.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for supporting students with SEND and helping them achieve their potential.
