Job description
Self employed experienced Handyperson required to maintain a small portfolio of properties in North West London (Wembley & Willesden). Must have access to own transport & Tools.
On Average 2 full days per week required. Pay £100-£150 Per day depending on experience.
Successful candidate must be proficient in :-
- Painting & Decorating
- Minor Plumbing
- Minor Electrical
- Basic Carpentry
- Flat pack assembly
- Gardening
- Tiling, grouting & Silicone
- etc
Immediate start.
Salary: £100.00-£150.00 per day
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
Experience:
- Maintenance: 3 years (preferred)
