We are looking for a motivated and experienced Real Estate Agent to join our team of self-employed estate agents. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in the real estate industry, excellent customer service skills, and a strong knowledge of the local market. . Responsibilities:
- Have knowledge of the local real estate market.
- Understand the legal aspects of real estate transactions.
- Develop a network of contacts to find properties for clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals.
- Previous estate agency experience and high dedication for being a successful entrepreneur is highly preferred
- A passion to build your own brand
- You will need to travel for 25% so must be comfortable with traveling.
- Confident communication skills both personal and professional

- A desire to improve the estate agency industry
- The ability to work independently and coordinate with the admin team

About the Role
- Liaising with clients
- Arrange and host the viewings.

Salary: £87,972.00-£101,640.00 per year
