Position: Front of House Security Officer

Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday 7am to 7pm

Location: Richmond Riverside

Ward Security are working with a high profile client to recruit a Front of house Security Officer to join their current team, Ward Security provides security services solutions to a range of UK businesses. Security services include: CCTV security systems, property management, guard dog security, key holding services, security guard patrol services, response alarm systems and more. With over 1000+ of our amazing people operating nationally.

This is a large development of offices, flats, shops, two restaurants, community facilities, underground carparks, an urban square and riverside gardens and incorporates two listed buildings. It exhibits the richness of English 18th century architecture using a wide pallet of traditional materials, and all of the 5 architectural orders. It draws inspiration from the work of Palladio, Longhena, Sansovino, Hawksmoor, William Chambers and the Gothic Revival of the 19th century.

As a Front of House Security Officer you will be the access control to the building meeting and greeting visitors, contractors and staff, you will be vigilant and be the first point of call for any suspicious activity. Within this you will carry out ID checks, respond to emergencies and provided information to all staff and visitors.

You will need to have lots of customer service as this site can be extremely busy especially on a Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, and you will have excellent communication skills as you will be representing our client to high calibre. You will use your CCTV licence to monitor over 36 cameras and ideally be physically fit as this is a mixture of standing and sitting.
