CityRise is seeking a motivated and energetic individual to join our team as a Real Estate Sales Associate. This position is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the office, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and assisting with the general office duties.
As a Real Estate Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to all potential buyers and existing clients. You will also assist with the general office duties. The ideal candidate will have a passion for real estate and be able to build relationships with clients and sellers.

CityRise are property investment consultancy, we assist investors in the UK and abroad, offering exclusive opportunities in the UK’s best performing buy to let towns and cities. We also have an in-house Lettings Team that look after the ongoing management of the investment.
We’re now looking for an organised and ambitious sales progressor to join our growing team, based in our Leeds City Centre office. The ideal candidate will have sales progression experience and will be an excellent organiser. As well as being personable and approachable, we are looking for someone who can be direct with relevant parties and deliver strong results. Excellent written and verbal communication skills is absolutely essential in this role.
Although we’re looking for experienced candidates, we will teach you all you need to know about investment property and the off plan sales process. The successful applicant will continually test themselves and strive to become a first-class sales progressor that consistently delivers the highest standards for our clients.
Responsibilities
· Carefully overseeing the progression of all sales transactions from reservation through to exchange and completion.
· Effectively communicate with all relevant parties to ensure sales transactions are progressed as efficiently as possible.
· Provide construction updates to buyers
· Consistently delivering a high standard of customer service to all clients
· Ensure all documents, notes and conversations are logged onto the sales CRM
· Process all legal documents
· Audit all reservation paperwork
· Upsell furniture packages and snagging reports
Required Candidate Qualities
· Excellent telephone manner and ability to build rapport with buyers and solicitors
· Consistently organised and diligent when working
· Excellent written skills
· Computer literate and ability to learn new software
Experience
· Experience working as a sales progressor is essential
· Knowledge of off-plan sales process is desired
Working Hours
· Monday to Thursday: 9am – 5.30pm
· Friday 9am – 5pm
Salary
· £24k basic salary with commission structure (£36k OTE)
