We're looking for candidates to join our professional Security Team for the following shifts: Day, Night and Early Morning. The successful candidates will be responsible for serving as a security officer and customer service representative at our facility, working directly with the public and providing a safe environment to our clients. The ideal security officer is detail-oriented, has strong interpersonal skills and can manage stressful situations.

Responsibilities:

  • Protect a company's assets by monitoring and reporting problems and potential criminal activity to supervisors.
  • Know how to use a variety of methods to protect the identity, safety, and property of a company by enforcing policies and procedures.
  • Be able to avoid potential problems and identify possible solutions.

Job Type: Zero hours contract
Contract length: 12 months

Salary: £9.50-£10.50 per hour

Schedule:

  • 10 hour shift
  • 12 hour shift
  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Night shift
  • Overtime
  • Weekends only

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Birmingham: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Experience:

  • One Year Security (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

  • SIA (required)
