Role Overview
The objective of this role is to protect everyone within the premises, their property and the premises itself. To be vigilant and act as an obvious deterrent by regular patrolling of the client space and use of technology ensuring the integrity of customer data and property is being maintained at all times across a number of the client sites.
Key Responsibilities
Reporting directly to the Site Security Team Leader duties include but are not limited to:
- Monitoring various systems including alarms, access & surveillance equipment (CCTV) inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points;
- Maintaining a secure environment by monitoring and responding to active alarms as requested, investigating suspicious activity and challenging inappropriate behaviour.
- Compile detail reports on incidences, handovers, health and safety issues etc.
- Provide front of house presence, welcoming all visitors and client personnel
- Have the ability to be flexible in work hours approach and respond to short notice shift requests

Candidate Profile:
- Good communication (both written and oral) and customer service skills
- Experience in working within a team as well as on your own.
- Demonstrable proactive and professional approach to work.
- Ability to operate in a pressurised environment.
- Attention to detail, and excellent time management.
- Proficient in using Microsoft packages
