SECURITY OFFICER (TYNE DOCK)
SALARY – £25,000 PER ANNUM
37.5 HOURS PER WEEK PLUS REGULAR OVERTIME
SHIFT WORK - 37.5 HOURS PER WEEK COVERING 24 HOURS AND 7 DAYS INCLUDING WEEKENDS AND STATUTORY HOLIDAYS

THE ROLE:
We are seeking applications from experienced Security Officers to assist in the safe and efficient security of the Tyne Dock Estate. Duties include personal and vehicle searches, foot and mobile patrols, CCTV surveillance, access control and gatehouse duties.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5 or more GCE/GCSEs or above or able to demonstrate equivalent skill/experience
- Previous security experience
- Strong interpersonal and organisational skills
- Basic IT skills
- Flexible approach to working hours and willing to work overtime
- Relevant experience with customer care and dealing with the public
- Full current driving licence (essential)
