In this critical role, you'll be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of the site's staff and visitors, as well as ensuring compliance for deliveries leaving the plant.

In this critical role, you'll lead a talented team of security staff, ensuring they're fully equipped to deliver top-quality security and safety services, while also ensuring compliance for deliveries leaving the plant. From recruiting and rostering to developing site documentation, including assignments, instructions, SOPs, and emergency response plans, you'll be the driving force behind our team's success.
Working closely with the client, you'll have the opportunity to shape the site's security strategy and optimize working practices to meet its unique needs. Key Responsibilities
- Manage 9 team member and all security activities on site
- Ensure all holidays are planned and covered by trained relief officers
- Provide sickness cover for single service security accounts through OP relief teams
- Recruit replacement staff when required and ensure adequate induction training is provided
- Complete P&C processes such as 1-2-1s, return to work meeting, appraisals and QIRs for the account
- Carry out Annual review of Assignment Instructions, H&S Ras and RAMs
- Carryout out of hours visits to site at least 2 a quarter
- Prepare and present monthly KPI/SLA report to the client and ISS management
- Liaise regularly with the client on site
- Confirm all officers on site hold a valid SIA license and manage renewal process working with central screening support
Professional and personal competencies/qualifications
- Min. 2-3 years experience of site management
- Experience in creating Assignment Instructions & SOP
- Ability to manage a training matrix and preprogramme
- Knowledge of H&S Ras
- Good with MS Office
- SIA Licensed including CCTV
