We are an online retail business selling specialist cake decorating equipment locally and worldwide via online selling channels.
We are looking to expand our packing team at our retail unit in Nantgarw, Cardiff. You will be responsible for the accurate picking and packing of customer orders with a keen eye for attention to detail. Our packing department is fast paced and so a willingness to work and learn is essential. Other duties will include working in our Retail Shop when required - this will include customer service and the use of our till.
Main Responsibilities:
· Picking stock for customer orders
· Accurately packing customer orders
· Working to targets
· Working within the team to hit dispatch deadlines
Skills:
· Excellent attention to detail
· Punctuality and Reliability is essential
· An enthusiastic, positive and friendly manner
· Ability to work under pressure and work on your own initiative
· Physically fit – you will need to manually move stock/materials
Salary & Hours:
· Hourly Rate will be National Minimum Living Wage
· Target driven Bonus scheme available
· Contract - Minimum 24 hours per week (however at busy times more hours are required)
· Working hours will include week days and flexibility on Saturdays if needed at busy times, will need flexibility to extend working hours in the week when required
