In addition, the ability to understand and apply workshop practice and health and safety are essential, though training will be provided to support the successful applicant. You will be responsible for the day-to-day provision of technical support to the Department. The successful applicant will be highly organised and adopt a mature approach to their responsibilities.

George Abbot has a reputation for excellence in these curriculum areas and our students often take part in national and regional exhibitions and competitions, and are regularly successful. The arts are popular subjects at George Abbot School with large numbers at KS4 and KS5 alongside a rich KS3 programme for all students.

If you relish the opportunity of working in a role that directly impacts student learning, whilst gaining some experience within a teaching environment, George Abbot School would welcome your application.
