Job Purpose:
This role leads on the management and oversight, monitoring and auditing of the required security guarding operating standards and contract terms on behalf of the client within an outsourced facilities management contract
- Manages the MSD Security provider on a day-to-day basis
- Works with the provider to review their guarding delivery strategy
- Investigates and provides reporting regarding incidents and escalations
- Ensures the supplier delivers to their KPI and SLA and manages remediation plan
- Prepares monthly global report including trends. highlighting risks and issues
- Provides compliance and support for MSD*’s governance and regulatory framework.
- Provides monthly security briefings to site operations teams
- Oversees personnel alignment and staffing of security personnel; confirm training/licensing is in place as per contract
- Provide advice and recommendations on security solution based on risk assessments
- Standard Operating Procedure standardization, ensure process alignment, audit/inspection results and quality assurance reviews
Skills/Experience:
- A degree level award and/or globally recognised security qualifications, supported by appropriate experience in the security sector
- Member of a recognised security professional body or institute
- Experienced in managing a large guarding service
- Experienced in incident investigation
- Experience in carrying out security risk assessments
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £50,000.00-£60,000.00 per year
