Parker Jones Group is currently recruiting on behalf of a national property services/building maintenance contractor. They specialise in painting, property maintenance and refurbishments. As a result of their success, they are seeking a proven Contracts Manager for their Camberley office.
Role:
To ensure smooth operation of several number of contracts/sites from start to completion.
You will be responsible for the control and management of supervisors, working foreman, direct operatives, and sub-contractors to ensure contracts are completed to programme, zero issues/defects, budget and with no risk to the health and safety of all involved.
You will also be client facing and have strong experience within the social housing sector delivering kitchens and bathrooms, refurbishments, planned works, void and decent homes contracts.
Essential:
- Must have a minimum of 4 years’ experience in a similar role and sector
- Holds the relevant qualifications
- Must hold a current SMSTS or associated NVQ
- Essential to have experience of Planned Works/Voids contracts and working within Social Housing
- Confident IT skills, proficient in the use of MS Office
- Must be flexible in hours of work and travel and hold a Full UK Driving Licence.
