Job description
Requirements: Security Industry Authority Card - SIA.
- Identifying opportunities for loss through theft and activity inspire colleagues to use see and approach to deter.
- Gaining an in-depth knowledge of Store Stock loss, including previous results and current performance
- Encouraging the team to follow up on all activations of SAM (Security automated message).
- Supporting the Management team with security systems and process training.
- Ensuring daily checks on Bodycam, CCTV operation and EAS gates are completed with any issues reported.
- Ensuring all Monthly Security Updates and InTouch tasks are completed.
- Detailed Incident Reports are completed promptly, including empty packaging.
- All Security information, Monthly Security updates, Lets talk Security, NBCS alerts are communicated to the team via huddles.
- Liaise with Security Manager to discuss security concerns.
- Wear ‘Security’ branded uniform to act as a visual deterrent.
