Responsibilities of a Health Care Assistant include:
- Provide care through the day, checking service users at regular intervals according to their care plan being motivated and confident to work alone, and still able to recognize when to summon help.
- To provide personal care
- Respond promptly to calls for assistance while respecting, at all times, the privacy, dignity and choice of the service users.
- Write the accurate, clear and timely entries in the night for each service user.
- Receive the handover report from night staff and to present a report to night team alerting the day staff to any changes or concerns.
- To undertake various house keeping tasks
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 20-50 per week
Salary: From £10.65 per hour
