Job description
Administrator/Secretarial duties include:
- Typing up letters and reports from dictation
- Answer incoming phone calls
- Answer reception door - welcome in clients and make refreshments
- Downloading approved accounts from the portal and save to IRIS Docs
- Sending emails/ letters on behalf of the Directors
- Typing up of various handwritten schedules
- Requesting and saving ID docs to IRIS Docs ready for the Creditsafe report
- Scan and email client post
- File client books and records downstairs and update the spreadsheet accordingly
- Update client details on database (Xero and Portal etc.)
- Take daily post to post box and sending recorded delivery documents to clients
- Debt chasing and taking payments over the telephone - sending out batches of emails
- Answering client queries over the phone (outstanding invoices, etc.)
