The shift pattern for this position is Monday to Friday

An exciting opportunity has arisen within Renfrewshire HSCP’s Head Quarters Administration function for a dynamic, self-motivated Secretarial Administrator to provide a quality secretarial and administrative service to members of the HSCP Management Team.

The postholder will have the ability to prioritise their workload and work to deadlines in order to provide comprehensive support to the day-to-day administration function of the HSCP Management Team, assisting the smooth operation and efficiency of the service. This support will include acting as first point of contact for all telephone and face to face enquiries, from all levels of internal staff, general public, and a range of external sources and undertaking a range of administrative and secretarial duties, including diary and inbox management, typing and drafting of complex reports and correspondence, letters and minutes, as well as entering of data onto various IT systems.

The postholder will also support ad hoc and topic based work as identified by the Business Support Manager.

Experience of working within the public sector in a similar busy and challenging environment would be advantageous.

Pattern of hybrid approach split between office base and remote working to be discussed at interview.

A PVG check is obtained for this post – Staff are expected to attend Schools and assist with the immunisation campaigns.
