About this job
Excellent communication and organisational skills are essential as is the ability to organise your own workload. You will be an experienced team player who can work quickly and accurately to meet tight deadlines.
You will need excellent IT skills, including a good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. You will be required to regularly use a case management system including a sound working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. You will be required to regularly use a case management system so database administration would be preferred. Training on UNISON systems will be provided.
You do not have to have a Trade Union background, but you do need to have the sound understanding of the aims and values of the Trade Union movement.
