We are delighted to announce that our Next Step sales and recruitment training academy will be kicking off on the 11th September, and we are currently on the hunt for trainee recruitment consultants to join our thriving and ever-expanding company at an exciting period of growth!
We are looking for natural salespeople with a resilient mentality and the ability to work hard under pressure in order to meet targets, so while a degree isn’t essential, sales experience (whether that be in B2B/B2C sales, estate agency or account management) is. We value skills and natural personality over qualifications, and as such you must be a great communicator, confident and highly motivated in order to qualify.
