We are looking for experienced Scrum Masters who can bring their experience to bear and support us as we continue to grow and education our teams in their use of Agile/Scrum best practices to be high performing and educate new teams in their adoption of Scrum whilst having fun along the way.


Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate scrum ceremonies including Planning, Refinement, Retrospectives
  • Ensure effective iterations are possible (Definition of Done, Ready, etc)
  • Embed Agile project management best practices including risk management, cross-team interdependencies, scope definition, delivery objectives, quality standards, and user needs identification
  • Champion Agile practices within the team, leading the team by example
  • Communicate sprint, release and team progress to relevant stakeholders.
  • Build effective and collaborative relationships with product owners, BA’s, Product Managers and development teams
  • Work closely with other scrum teams to identify and minimise dependencies
  • Be an effective problem solver, removing risks and impediments that may impact on the delivery of project and the overall scrum process
  • Support product owner in management of the backlog, ensuring Scrum process standards, identification of stakeholders and stakeholder conditions of acceptance


Essential Skills & Experience

  • 3 years’ experience minimum as a Scrum master in a technology product company
  • Professional Scrum Master Certification
  • Project Management experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Business or other relevant discipline
  • Strong negotiation, conflict resolution and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to deal well with ambiguity and change
  • Ability to influence, motivate and coach others

  • Experience in travel industry
