TITLE: Cleaner – All Year Round
SCHOOL: Beacon Primary School, Peter Street, Horwich, Bolton
REPORTING TO: Headteacher
GRADE: £10.79 per hour (SCP 3 £20,812 Per Annum Pro Rata)
HOURS: 16.5 hours per week, all year round (Monday and Friday: 3pm to 6pm, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday: 3pm to 6.30pm)
Closing Date: 12 noon on Wednesday 28th June 2023
PURPOSE OF POST:
Assist in the provision of a clean and safe working environment for the school.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To ensure that the site complies with all statutory health and safety requirements.
- To ensure the designated area is cleaned to a consistently high standard.
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- Some relevant experience
- Willingness to undertake COSHH and / or relevant Health and Safety training
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills
