About the Role
The ideal candidate is an experienced contributor capable of working with multiple stakeholder groups to ensure successful completion of specific projects. They need to be capable of applying technical principles to develop solutions to a wide range of problems under only general supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate team agile planning activities including program increment planning, sprint planning, and team meetings.
- Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration.
- Work with the Product Owner to handle backlog and new work requests.
- Resolve conflicts and assist in resolving blockers impeding the team.
- Provide hands-on support in executing team backlog activities.
- Ability and willingness to support international activities that occur outside conventional local working hours and to occasionally travel internationally, if required.
Required skills, qualifications and experience
- Experience of working with Agile methodologies.
- Hands-on Jira experience.
- Proven self-starter demonstrated through related work experience.
- Proven strong collaboration and teaming skills.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate (both verbal and written) with all levels of management and other stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in a fast paced, dynamic, and ambiguous environment with only general supervision.
- Committed to personal excellence, ethical behaviour, and integrity.
Desired Skills:
- Prior experience as a Scrum Master including a formal certification.
- Experience using the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
- Experience with SAP or other key business applications.
- Previous experience as a SME/team lead.
- Confluence experience.
- Experience of working in an international environment that crosses multiple time zones, languages, and cultures.

Business Environment
The International Operations team within the 1LMX Program is responsible for ensuring international integration and representation across all areas of the program. Primarily focusing on Australia, Canada, Poland and the UK, the team is responsible for facilitating the capture and delivery of all non-US business and system requirements across all 1LMX product teams.
