Job description
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Restaurant General Manager to join our team. As a Restaurant General Manager, you will overtake a variety of responsibilities and duties such as restaurant marketing strategies, recruiting and hiring restaurant staff, training, overseeing food quality, developing menus as well as greeting and serving restaurant guests and keep Cotto looking faboulos at all times.
We intend to grow the business over the next few years, so we really need someone who is keen on the figures and can work to a budget, monitor business performance and hit targets. Bouns incentive.
Have at least 2 years of manager experience within a similar operation.
We are open from Tuesday till Saturday 5pm till 10pm.
