Salary & Benefits: £71,577 - £79,530 (depending on experience)
Location: London (We can flexible on location and can also consider candidates based in other areas of the UK)

Our new Client Insights lab has been created to transform this data into valuable client propositions and insights, enabling businesses to grow based on genuine data-driven intelligence.
This is where you come in… we need a highly motivated, assured and articulate Scrum Master who is not afraid to challenge and try new ways of working as we develop innovative new data propositions for our clients.

What will I do?
Help the team to embed and actively use the Transformation Principles and Practices to drive continuous improvement. You’ll coach, inspire, motivate and support the team to continuously improve their ways of working.
You’ll help the team set up and facilitate their Agile events (planning, stand ups, reviews, retrospectives etc.) and understand the value and purpose of them. Help the team understand and utilise Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and tooling (e.g., JIRA) to improve their Agile ways of working.
Champion data quality, coach and support the team to identify blockers/barriers to effective delivery, remove these and remove or escalate where appropriate.
About you:
- You'll be the sort of person who is passionate about helping teams deliver their best work
- You'll want to continuously improve the facilitation of change, using your broad understanding and application of agile methodologies, particularly Scrum and Kanban
- You'll enjoy working with a range of team skillsets, from developers to researchers, designers to data scientists, getting the best out of team collaboration
- You’ll be comfortable challenging yourself and the team, with client needs at the heart of everything we do
- You'll be able to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences and demonstrate a constant curiosity.
And your background:
- Your CV will demonstrate your core skills and proven capability of agile application frameworks and techniques, particularly Scrum and Kanban
- You’re be adept at coaching and supporting people to embrace changes to their way of working
- You’ll have proven experience of influencing behaviour cross-team and cross-discipline without having formal organisational hierarchy
