SCRUM Master
Location: This role can be performed on a flexible and Hybrid basis from one of our UK offices, located in Stone(Staffordshire) Manchester or Liverpool.
Status: Permanent, Full Time

What are you responsible for?
o Guide the team on implementing SCRUM agile practices and values
o Coach, support and develop the talent in the teams through 1:1's and continuous feedback
o Assist with removing impediments or guide the team to remove them
o Building a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame, retribution, or being judged, with an emphasis on healing and problem-solving.
o Facilitating discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution
o Supporting and educating the Product Owner, especially on refinement and maintaining the product backlog.
o Adherence to our Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure all work is handled securely, professionally and diligently.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
o A proven background in a Testing or Development capacity, with more recent commercial exposure as a SCRUM Master
o Awareness of widely successful Agile techniques (User Stories, TDD, CI, CT and Agile Games)
o Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, and empowerment
o Fantastic communication skills, both oral and written, along with being a people person
