We are on the hunt for a Scrum Master to join our client, a leading software development company based in London, who have recently received multiple millions in funding to rapidly scale the established SaaS platform.

As a Scrum Master, you will work as a change agent with a passion for working with people and teams to help them to deliver the best possible outcome. You will be responsible for defining and working within a project governance framework, establishing team cadence, running Scrum ceremonies, and supporting the Product Owner to define the product vision and roadmap.

We are looking for someone who can encourage team understanding of Agile frameworks and support them in establishing their ways of working, to self-manage and continuously improve in delivering change and value safely.

In summary, a Scrum Master that is there to help the team deliver more value at a sustainable pace.

Job Title: Scrum Master

Location: London Old Street / Shoreditch area (Hybrid working – 3 days per week in the office, 2 at home)

Salary: Up to £65K + 10% Bonus + Benefits Package (Training budget & personal development plan)

Key requirements:

• 
  At least 3 years of experience in agile software development as a Scrum Master.
• A deep understanding of the reasoning behind agile processes and frameworks.
• Expertise in agile software delivery methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, or others.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Hands-on management of agile teams working on complex products.
• A passion for team building, coaching, and helping others improve.
• You embrace challenging situations and enjoy solving complex problems.
