Job description
We are looking for a Junior Finance Analyst - FP&A to join our Finance team!
Location of role: 2 days a week office based (London, SE1 0LH) & 3 days home working
Overview:
Within this role you will support the commercial finance function across our UK Prestige Hub brands. You will have a good understanding of the P&L, strong excel skills, an understanding of financial systems and the ability to manage & analyse multiple large data sets. There is a huge scope for personal and professional advancement within this role and input into major decisions.
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Facilitating the UK management review process (MPR)
- Supporting Unilever Prestige reporting requirements
- Maintaining the UK & International Sales & BMI (Brand Marketing Initiatives) planning process
- Playing a key part in the Adaptive system implementation project
- Business partnering with commercial functions and providing Ad Hoc analysis and insight
- Maintain monthly UK & International Sales & Marketing planning files, providing insight on variances to plan, incorporating the budgeting process
- Partnering with the UK & International sales teams to understand sales performance at customer level
- Update & consolidation of Global P&L
- Update management review presentations
- Assist our margin reporting improvement initiatives
- Support Adaptive Forecasting tool implementation project
- Prepare the quarterly and monthly financial reports and presentations to Unilever Prestige
- Provide Ad Hoc analysis to all commercial functions

- Studying or open to studying a Professional finance qualification equivalent to CA, CIMA, ACCA.
- Experience of working in Oracle (or other accounting software), Excel, Adaptive
