We are recruiting a temporary receptionist to start on the 9th January for a 2 month assignment to work for an International Law firm based in the City near Bank tube station.
For this position we are seeking an experienced city corporate receptionist to support the guest services manager working alongside another receptionist on this busy reception desk. Suitable candidates will ideally have experience using EMS room tracker system, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
Duties of the role will include; answering/transfering calls, booking and reconfirming room reservations and dealing with room requirements, liaising with IT re necessary IT equipment required for meetins, amending bookings and room allocation, greeting clients, assisting with smooth-running of events e.g. candidate assessment days, training sessions etc, arrange transport and couriers as and when required, ensuring the waiting area and reception area are kept clean and tidy on level 24, escalating any maintenance issues to the appropriate party, complete regular meeting room checks and Ad hoc duties as and when required.
