Frasers Group are currently looking for a Quality Assurance Engineer to join our growing Engineering team. Location: Hybrid (Mix of Remote, Shirebrook or London office)
Office Days: 1-2 days per week in Office

This role is to work as part of a portfolio team delivering the IT element(s) of key business initiatives. It involves working with stakeholders from the business and technology to deliver initiatives within time deadlines and budget, proactively identifying risks and mitigating actions, escalating to the Delivery Manager promptly as required.

More about the day to day role. You will be responsible for:
- Managing delivery of software development through servant leadership
- Guiding and motivating teams to continuously mature their ways of working following Agile principles and inspired by relevant framework(s)
- Ensuring continuity of high quality delivery of prioritised initiatives whilst maturing teams’ ways of working
- Unblocking impediments that are blocking teams from achieving committed deadlines
Overview of the kind of person we’re looking for:
- Demonstrable Scrum Master experience
- Demonstrable understanding of Agile and Waterfall processes, controls and methods
- Time management and organizational skills, and experience of establishing guidelines in these areas for others
- Significant senior stakeholder management experience in a challenging fast paced environment
- Experience interfacing with Third Party suppliers
- Ability to drive individuals and teams in achieving high performance and quality
- Scrum Master certification from accredited intuition (desirable)
- Good experience working in Retail industry (desirable)
