Job description
Moose Creek Tire Recycling is looking for an experienced, disciplined and task oriented team player to manage the maintenance department at our manufacturing plant. The ideal candidate would have the drive and desire to build a team, showing leadership and daily commitment to growth while remaining focused on continued improvement to help our plant run smoothly. This would require the candidate to work fluidly with the Operations Team while accepting continued guidance from Human Resources and Health and Safety. Moose Creek Tire Recycling prides itself on group efforts and a Team Management platform.
Specific Tasks:
· Oversee maintenance activities of all buildings, machinery, and rolling stock:
o Establish preventative maintenance schedules
o Create preventative maintenance templates
o Planning and coordination of weekly shutdowns and other planned maintenance activities
o Participate in daily production meetings
o Coordinate with purchaser to ensure parts availability
o Coordinate with subcontractors
o Project Planning
o Review completed work orders
o Participate in providing after hours on-call technical support
Administrative/Personnel:
o Verify payroll time sheets
o Vacation scheduling
o Monitoring of attendance
o Disciplinary measures
o Hiring
o Maintain performance records of maintenance personnel
o Team Building
o Work with Health and Safety to maintain continued safety procedures.
o Organize employee to be available for safety training
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $90,000.00-$105,000.00 per year
