Job Introduction

We are looking for a Receptionist to provide a great first impression of our company and be part of our dedicated team for one of our multi-property client sites based in London.

The receptionist is responsible for all Ground Floor reception and lobby hosting throughout Landsec Receptions.

The core service hours of Guest Services are 07.30 – 18.30 depending on the building operating hours. The job holder will be responsible for ensuring that these hours are covered by the team on a shift rota basis, working Monday to Fridays, 40 hours per week.


Main Responsibilities

Responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring a seamless and personal guest journey
  • Welcoming guests at reception
  • Acting on all requests that guests might have in a efficient, friendly and timely manner.
  • Handling external and internal calls in a professional manner
  • Liaising with other departments to ensure efficient communication and guest service, and creating a 'one team' approach to delighting your guests
  • Flexible and adaptable to providing ad hoc services as and when required
  • Always acting according to Rapport and the client’s standards
The Ideal Candidate

The successful candidate will have 1-2 years experience in a receptionist role, will have an outgoing personality with a creative mindset, and is good at building relationships.

  • have a passion to deliver excellent guest service in everything that they do.
  • preferably have Front of house experience within a luxury hotel environment, premium airlines or a corporate business environment
  • have great interpersonal skills and an outgoing and vibrant personality.
  • have an excellent command of the English language, both in verbal and written communication.
  • be highly organised and have an eye for detail.
  • be able to work well under pressure and have the ability to act pro-actively and intuitively.
