We are hiring Supervisors to join our team to work on sites in London. If you worked within the hospitality sector before, this will be ideal, but not essential as we can help you with this. What we do ask for is that you have experience managing and supervising teams up to 20 people confidently. Your supervisory skills, knowledge and associated behaviour are what we are looking for, so if you tick all the boxes, please read on!

Your purpose will be:

To support the Key Account Manager in all areas to ensure consistency and excellence in service standards. To drive quality through support, development and training and making every shift count.

Role requirements & responsibilities: (but not limited to)

  • Supervising the work of your cleaners taking corrective action when needed and taking each opportunity to train and develop colleagues
  • Ensure all relevant areas are clean and tidy
  • Working alongside your manager to train and coach colleagues
  • Reporting all maintenance & cleaning issues through the correct channels and taking ownership to ensure complete follow up
  • Other duties as specified by your manager

The following competencies are a must:

  • Punctuality
  • Good communications skills
  • Organise your time based on schedules
  • Ability to deal with situations in a professional manner
  • Full understanding of Health & Safety in the workplace including COSHH Regulations

You will be a good fit if you possess a positive attitude towards problem solving, can deal with people in a calm and constructive way and you are generally a self-motivated person.

Pay rate: £13.00 ph

Location: London
