Job description
Introduction
Our client is a multinational technology corporation! They are looking for an SC cleared Scrum Master to join them on a 6–12-month contract.
The ideal candidate will have a wealth of experience in Scrum Master role and will be familiar with Jira & Confluence.
Due to the nature of the role, you must hold a full British passport.
This is a remote working opportunity.
Key responsibilities
- Coach teams in Agile concepts, principles, practices, and behaviours.
- Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings, and daily stand-ups.
- Plan deliverables and enable performance monitoring.
- Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur.
- Help teams implement changes effectively.
- Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint.
- Guide development teams to higher scrum maturity.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
Skills & experience
- Previous experience as an Agile Scrum Master.
- Ability to run all Scrum Ceremonies.
- Competent with Jira & Confluence.
- Excellent Stakeholder management skills.
- Scrum master certification is desirable.
