Clearwater Structures is a general contractor and an industry leader in the heavy civil construction sector. We specialize in new bridge construction and rehabilitation, hydraulic lifting, concrete restoration, dam construction and several other services. We are looking to hire General Labourers to add to our crews across Ontario. If you are reliable, take pride in working with your hands, and have a positive attitude, then we’d like to hear from you.

Job Requirements:

• Load, unload, and move construction materials
• Placement of signs and barriers for traffic control
• Erect and dismantle forms, panels, scaffolding, ramps, shoring, and barricades required at construction sites
• Assist form setters, carpenters, cement finishers, pre-cast installers, cold-form steel installers,
• Operate various air/power tools, such as chipping gun, jackhammer, etc.
• Keep tools, equipment, and jobsite clean and maintained
• Follow safety protocols at all times, maintaining personal and workplace safety

Skills & Experience:

• Construction experience preferred but not required
• Solid work ethic and positive can-do attitude
• Proactive and takes initiative
• Uses sound judgement and common sense
• Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to handle physically demanding work such as lifting and carrying 50+ lbs, standing, walking, digging, bending, etc.
• Safety conscious
• Ability to work occasional nights/weekends when required
