We have an opportunity for a full-time Dental Receptionist to join our our specialist orthodontic practice, Portman Smile Clinic in Chichester, West Sussex.

About the role and practice

Located in the heart of Chichester, just 5 minutes from Chichester railway station and opposite Chichester Gate, our Portman Smile Clinic is a 3-surgery specialist practice providing care for both private and NHS patients. We provide clinical excellence in dentistry and our renowned services and dental expertise are utilised in our skilled approach to the individual needs of each and every patient.

• Full-time hours: 40 hours per week (Typical shifts Monday - Friday 08:00-17:00, Saturday 09:00-12:30 on a 3 week rotation)

About you

We welcome your application if you have proven front of house Reception experience, ideally within a dental or healthcare setting, although this is not essential. We’d love you to be motivated, organised and a good communicator who thrives upon maintaining good standards, in addition to offering a warm and welcoming environment to patients and visitors and driving to constantly deliver and improve the patient journey.
