Scrum Master – Agile, Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, Financial Services, JIRA, - London/Remote - Permanent - £650,000 - £75,000 base + bonus + benefits

My client, a Global Investment Bank is looking for a Scrum Master to join them on a permanent basis in London. This role is focused within their Anti-Financial-Crime (AFC) Technology division which provides the tools that are required by this function.

The successful candidate will play a key role in both implementing and enhancing Agile methodologies. In addition, the role will be focused on facilitating scrum ceremonies and helping the team to continuously improve the effectiveness of incremental delivery.

Key Skills:

• Significant experience as a Scrum Master within a large-scale environment, ideally Financial Services/highly regulated business

• Strong knowledge of key Agile methodologies (e.g. Scrum, Kanban etc.)

• In-depth experience using tools such as JIRA, Team Foundation Server (TFS), Confluence, and Global Information Tracker (GIT)

• Hands on experience in creating the metrics for improvements.

• Previous Anti-Financial Crime experience is desirable

• Strong stakeholder management skills
