We are currently recruiting a Maintenance Technician to be part of our integral team at CNOOC International, Discovery House, Kingswells, Aberdeen AB15 8PU. What you'll be doing General maintenance duties across the site Assist tradespeople with electrical, plumbing or HVAC work onsite General joinery, plumbing and other maintenance repairs General Decorating Compliance with ual requirements Ensuring the company systems are implemented in a manner which fully complies with all legal, qualitive, health, safety and environmental standards and other relevant guidance. Performing building checks on a daily/weekly/monthly basis Setting up meetings (move furniture and rearrange) Complete any additional tasks that arise from the facilities helpdesk Working within the maintenance department acting as a support Maintaining service records Experience Understanding of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC plant systems would be an advantage Basic understanding of legionella control Preference will be given to applicants who have operated previously in a maintenance role Good IT Skills, experience of word and excel packages Approachable demeanor and a demonstrable commitment to team working Great attention to detail General joinery, plumbing and other maintenance repairs About Aramark Northern Europe - Our Mission Rooted in service and united by our purpose, we strive to do great things for each other, our partners, our communities, and our planet.
