As a Theatre Nurse / Operating Department Practitioner (ODP) you will be required to demonstrate excellent clinical skills, provide exemplary peri-operative care of the patient, assist the theatre manager in providing clinical support and co-ordinate the use of the additional supplies and equipment during operations, ensuring the equipment is used appropriately.

In this particular role you will be scrubbing for various surgical procedures, working with Surgeons, Dr’s & Nurses to ensure the effective running of the Theatre.

You must have the following -

Valid Registration with the NMC
A valid DBS on the update service (3rd party cannot be accepted)
Recent 12 months experience within a NHS setting
Immunisations to Hep B, Rubella, Varicella, TB and Measles
