Applications are invited for the post of Schools and Colleges Liaison Officer in the Marketing and Communications Department.
The Schools and Colleges Liaison Officers are responsible for organising and delivering engaging and high-quality content. This includes (but is not limited to) in-person and online talks, workshops, events, resources, support services, and attending recruitment events such as HE fairs. In addition, the Officer will work with professional and academic colleagues across Royal Holloway to promote subject-specific content and all the College has to offer. The Officer's key role is to support students from various backgrounds to understand and progress to higher education.
The post holder will support projects that improve our offer to partners, such as creating online resources, new events, and innovative new ideas. They will work with a set of target schools with high application/ enrolments to the college or high potential. They will use their excellent relationship-building skills to develop long-term relationships to encourage schools to participate in student recruitment activities. The schools will be predominantly based in London and the surrounding home counties with occasional travel across the UK.
You must be able to work independently whilst ensuring all activities meet the Team's and College's strategic goals. You'll have experience delivering engaging face-to-face and digital events and establishing and building relationships with various stakeholders. We are looking for a proactive person who can put forward and develop new initiatives, building upon the team's gains over the past few years.
The role sits within the UK Student Recruitment School's Team, responsible for delivering an annual programme of in-school, on-campus, and online activities to increase UK undergraduate applications and enrolment.

The post is predominantly based within schools across London and the Home Counties, with travel to the College for campus visits and other duties. The campus is situated in Egham, Surrey, near Windsor Great Parks and within easy commuting distance from London (just 30 minutes to Clapham Junction).
