We have a fantastic opportunity for a confident, friendly & flexible individual to join our administration team as part time school receptionist working Thursday and Friday.
Your opportunity
This is a busy and varied role for someone who is pleasant and welcoming and has the capacity to remain calm and cope with the unexpected. You will be greeting people who visit the school, answering the phones and picking up voicemail and emails whilst also managing with first aid visits as they come into the front office.
What we are looking for
The successful candidate will be a friendly, pro-active, multi-tasking individual who will work as part of our administration team taking the role of receptionist in our busy school office.
You will be highly organised with good general ICT skills, be able to remain professional when handling confidential material, be an excellent communicator and ideally, have experience of working on a busy school reception front office. You will be responsible for providing a professional and friendly first point of call to all parents and visitors to the school, ensuring all queries are dealt with effectively and efficiently.

The Details
Start Date: 31 August 2023
Salary: £6,566.39
Actual Salary: £19,627
Hours of work: Thursday and Friday 08:00am – 3:30pm, term time + INSET (39 weeks per year)
