To promote positively and proactively a person-centred caring environment through high standards of professional practice ensuring that each young person’s health, personal, social and emotional needs are met.
Build effective relationships across the organisation and with statutory bodies such as OFSTED Social Care, the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and other external medical agencies or service providers.
Ensure a high and positive profile that promotes Prior’s Court and its role within the local community and beyond, building an atmosphere of trust and understanding that supports good communication practices.
About Prior's Court
Prior's Court was set up by Founding Patron Dame Stephanie Shirley, whose vision of a centre of excellence for children with autism became reality with the opening of Prior's Court School in 1999. We have since grown to support around 90 young people with autism aged between 5-25 years with the opening of Prior's Court Young Adult Provision in 2011.
Since opening, our support team has grown from around 20 to 500 and we have built a reputation as a leading edge educational, vocational, and residential facility for young people with autism. We are situated on 50 acres of parkland with various facilities including accommodation for our young people, a school with a wide range of facilities and offices.

Are you a registered nurse ? We are looking for a full and part time nurses to join our nursing department at Priors Court School. We are looking for RGN, RCN and RNLD qualified nurses, with experience or under a preceptorship programme. ( NMC Pin validation must be in place).
We are looking for you to be caring and compassionate, show empathy and enthusiasm in meeting the health and medical needs of our young people with Autism. The role holds clinical skills such as wound care, gastrostomy, epilepsy and oxygen.
The role promotes positively and proactively a person-centred caring environment through high standards of professional practice. Within the department there are effective relationships across the organisation, with external medical consultants and agencies, as well as with statutory bodies that we work with.
