About the role and our team
We are looking for a flexible and self-motivated individual to support the Onchan Primary School cleaning team.
The main purpose of this job is to provide a cleaning service to the school and its users. Working in conjunction with the school caretaker, you would be required to thoroughly clean designated areas of the school and ensure a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene is maintained at all times.
You will be responsible for:
- Being a front line representative at the site, to interact and communicate with both members of the public, students and staff in an appropriate manner
- Making the areas clean and safe for students, staff and member of the public who use the buildings/sites
- Monitoring and reporting of Health and Safety concerns and maintenance issues

Please note an enhanced with barring police check is required for this post, which the Department cover the cost of for you. A uniform will be provided.
