
Scheduling Analyst South West England
Job description
Responsible for managing allocation of resources for 50+ employees across US and overseas in a complex organization. Frequent interaction with partners on important business decisions. Critical contributor to the development of professionals by matching skills with project needs. Key touch point throughout the organization at all levels and a source of positive energy.
Scheduling
- Consistent coordination of resources with leadership team
- Weekly monitoring and follow up on unassigned resources
- Proactive communication with engagement Partners and overseas leaders to ensure proper staffing levels
- Onboarding new team members – explaining scheduling process and demo for OpenAir system
Partner/Director Resource Coordination
- Preparing content for weekly leadership call
- Active participation in weekly leadership calls, capturing notes and reflecting resulting changes in OpenAir scheduling system
- Weekly 1:1 meetings with appropriate stakeholders
- Follow-up on outstanding resource requests
- Assignments for unassigned resources
Resource Allocation
- Assist in maintaining skills database
- Maintain updated bios for all employees
- Develop career skills of our professionals by putting folks on projects that match current skills or to increase knowledge and experience
Metrics & Analytics
- Weekly and monthly reports and analysis to Partner team to assist in driving business decisions
- Identify new analysis needed as business needs change
- Ensure accuracy of data in OpenAir scheduling system
- Work with Finance and IT teams to automate reports as needed
Qualifications/Skills
- Strong MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Specific Excel skills desired include ability to work with pivot tables, large data sets, and reporting at a management level
- Demonstrates strong initiative, proactive planning, and resourcefulness
- Able to maintain accurate reporting in a dynamic environment
- Highly detail oriented, organized, and responsible
- Able and willing to learn and apply new technology and concepts
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
- Outstanding written, verbal and diplomacy skills.

- College degree or equivalent (GPA 3.0 or above)
