Solstice is looking for Pickers to join our team! This position will be based out of our Waltham Cross location.
Night Shift: £26,208 Per annum
Weekly Hours: 40 hours per week, 5 days over 7 including weekends
Shifts: 7pm-4am
Here at Solstice, We take great pride in selecting and delivering only the finest ingredients from around the world for our customers and are looking for Warehouse Operatives to join our team. The successful candidates will undertake general warehousing duties, including the wrapping & packing of products and order picking.
The role requires you to work in a chilled environment of a temperature of 3°c - 5°c, but not to worry – we will provide you with the necessary uniform, PPE, and equipment to keep you warm!
Experience of working in a chilled warehouse environment would be advantageous.
Duties of the Warehouse Operative include, but are not limited to:
- Picking and packing of products in a busy warehouse, working as part of a team to ensure deadlines are met.
- Stock Replenishment
- Quality checks
- Completion of relevant paperwork
- Checking products for quality issues
- Stock movements
- Labelling of products
- General housekeeping duties
- All aspects of warehouse activities
- Maintain the pace and standards of performance within the Warehouse Department
Requirements of the Warehouse Operative:
- A minimum of 12 months previous warehouse experience.
- 5 GCSE's Grade C or above (incl. Maths & English)
- Good Verbal and communication skills
- A Flexible approach
- Team player
- Possess high levels of accuracy
- Excellent attention to detail
