This is an important role in which you will:
- Create/manage and plan work
- Work towards targets and KPI’s
- Answer phones/ replying to emails and communication
- Prioritising workload
- Updating systems with accurate information
- Use different inhouse systems
- Administrative skills
- Ability to resolve scheduling and logistics conflicts.
- Ability to input data into spreadsheets such as excel
- Emergency line cover - this will be on a rota for a rolling 6 weeks and you be expected to work these shifts in addition to your normal working work for additional pay. These do include unsociable hours.
To be successful in this role you will need:
- Excellent phone etiquette
- Professionalism to communicate in a polite manner
- Customer service experience
- Administrative experience
- Planning experience is preferable but not necessary
- Punctuality
- Experience on computer systems such as word
