Are you highly organised, with great problem-solving skills and demonstratable experience working as an office manager, operations manager or personal/executive assistant in a creative, growing business?
Muckle Media, Scotland’s first PR agency to achieve B-Corp status (a pledge to purpose beyond profit), has big plans for 2023 and to achieve these we are seeking an operations manager to support the directors across all areas of the business, from HR and finance admin to diary and email management, organising team days and contracts and general ad hoc support.
Working in partnership with our outsourced bookkeeper and accountancy, the ideal candidate will provide administrative support and coordination for all non-client facing areas of the business.
This role can be either full time or part time, we’d like to find someone amazing and will work out the detailed job description based around their skillset. The role is hybrid, with an expectation of time each week spent in the Edinburgh office.
Activities will include:
Operations support across all non-client functions
Diary management
Email management
Administrative support
Research
Basic finance support (expenses, invoicing plans, etc.)
Managing contracts
Organising travel, team days, training
Microsoft 365 admin support (creating email addresses, etc.)
Agency productivity support e.g. reviewing team timesheet completion, etc
Other ad hoc duties to support the directors and the wider team
