Business Process Analyst
Adobe Professional Services in EMEA is seeking a Business Process Analyst to run planning, execution, coordination and analysis activities for Sales Operations.
A key focus will be on scaling new GTM initiatives such as Repeat Business, Customer Satisfaction, Lead Management and White Space propensity models. This individual will work with the Sales Operations Lead to optimise Salesforce automation tools and product/service GTM models to effectively monitor and provide business reports and insights. This may also involved developing sales and marketing tools / dashboards.
This person will be a highly qualified, strategically thinking and executing Special Programs Business Analyst working closely with our Senior Director of Services Sales, their management team and the various Operations leaders. The ideal candidate exemplifies someone who loves to go the unbeaten path, comfortable in an environment of ambiguity and has at the same time the desire to deliver results and improve processes. From day one, the Special Programs Business Analyst will have an immediate impact on our pipeline growth, productivity, streamlining of strategic initiatives such as Repeat Business, overseeing initiatives, and communicating objectives between different stakeholders to enable our matrix organization to collaborate in the best possible fashion. The ideal candidate will have experience both from a Business and a Sales Operations and initiative management perspective.
Objectives of this Role
- Oversee strategic business initiatives from development through successful execution under the guidance of the Senior Director of Services Sales and their leadership
- Assist and communicate with business leaders in decision-making, program management, and initiative implementation and see those activities successfully through to completion
- Review, design, and execute on improvements to areas such as key sales processes, lead management, repeat business and account planning
- Improve current processes and coordinate organizational procedures for optimized efficiency and productivity
- Own, operate and help to establish “Cadence” of the business and ensure follow up of agreed upon actions
- Serve as liaison between staff, leaders, matrix functions, regarding Marketing, Lead Generation, Lead Management, Repeat Business and Customer C-Sat.
- Oversee daily operations through collaboration with Services Sales Management, Sales Ops and Marketing performing an array of administrative tasks from managing meetings, ensuring follow up, planning and coordinating quarterly initiative reviews
- Build and develop relationships with key employees for increased efficiency and effective responsiveness into existing operations, and help to define new operational improvements, working with Sales Senior Director and other leaders on special projects
- Strong project reporting skills, with a focus on interdepartmental communication
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or similar field
- Experience in similar business, consulting and/ or start-up roles
- Experience organizing and orchestrating multiple, initiatives
- Excellent communicator in written and verbal form (English)
- Versatile, dedicated to efficient productivity
- Experience planning and leading initiatives
- Self-starter with can-do demeanor
